The men's K-1 1000 metres sprint canoeing competition at the 2015 European Games in Baku was held from 14 to 15 June at the Kur Sport and Rowing Centre in Mingachevir.

Competition format

The competition comprised heats, semifinals, and a final round. The top six boats from each heat, and the three fastest losers, advanced to the semifinals. The top three boats in each semifinal advanced to the "A" final, and competed for medals, while boatsd finishing in positions four to six will compete in the placing "B" final.
