Carol Brouillet (born August 28, 1957) is an American political activist and organizer, was a Green Party candidate for the United States House of Representatives in California's 14th congressional district before 2010's redrawing of the districts, and most recently ran for California's 18th congressional district. Brouillet is a leading activist in the 9/11 Truth Movement. In 2006 and 2008 she ran for the United States Congress as a Green on a 9/11 Truth, Peace, and Impeachment platform. She has co-founded several non-profit organizations that seek to connect people, vital ideas, and important information for the purpose of nurturing healthy social change, economic justice and ecological sustainability. These include the International Media Project, the Who's Counting Project, the 9/11 Truth Alliance, and the Northern California 9/11 Truth Alliance.

Political
She was the California Green candidate for Congress (District 14) in 2006.[1] She ran against Republican Rob Smith, LIbertarian Brian Holtz and Democrat Anna G. Eshoo.[2] In 2008, she ran against Anna G. Eshoo and Brian Holtz again and republican Ronny Santana.[3]
Activist
She described her moment of awakening when she saw the Oliver Stone film JFK and ever since then she had been delving into the dark world of secret government plots, gathering info and connecting the dots.[4]
In 2007 she began hosting a weekly internet radio show "Questioning War- Organizing Resistance" on the We The People Radio Network, wtprn.com. On the program, she interviewed and conversed with thinkers, authors, and film makers on the topics of Impeachment, Peace, 9/11 Truth, the monetary system, electoral integrity, and state-sponsored terrorism.[5]
In 2009, along with other greens members she attended the American Citizens' Summit that was held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in, which was organized by the Transpartisan Alliance.[6]
9/11
She is the founder of the 9/11 Film Festival which had their first venue at the Herbst Theater in San Francisco in 2003.[7] She is also co-founder of the Northern California 9/11 Truth Alliance.[8] She has been active in seeking justice for the families of the 9/11 victims and according to Robert B. Livingston of the Fog City Journal, she had been asking questions about 9/11 longer than anyone else he knew. [9]
