Cartí Sugtupu is a village in the Guna Yala province of Panama. The town fills one of the four populated Carti Islands, 1 mile (2 km) off the coast of Guna Yala. Carti Tupile is another of the island villages.[1][2]
Onshore, the settlement of Carti and the Carti Airstrip may be reached by vehicle.
