Central European cuisine
The Central European cuisine is the cuisine of Central Europe.
The cuisine within each country in the region is strongly influenced by the local climate. For example, German cuisine, Polish cuisine, Austrian and Czech cuisine show many similarities, yet differ from the highlander cuisines in these countries.
