The 3rd constituency of the Charente-Maritime is a French legislative constituency in the Charente-Maritime department (Poitou-Charentes).

It consists of eleven cantons located in the arrondissements of Saint-Jean-d'Angély and Saintes: Aulnay, Burie, Loulay, Matha, Saint-Hilaire-de-Villefranche, Saint-Jean-d'Angély, Saint-Savinien, Saintes-Est (except Colombiers and La Jard), Saintes-Nord, Saintes-Ouest, Tonnay-Boutonne
