Chełm Żarski [ˈxɛu̯m ˈʐarski] (German: Groß Chelm) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubsko, within Żary County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) west of Lubsko, 24 km (15 mi) north-west of Żary, and 45 km (28 mi) south-west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 89.
