Palna (Cradle)
Mr. Muhammad Ramzan Chhipa has been requesting and appealing to people not to throw away any newly born child on the heaps of garbage inside any filthy lane/drain or dirty gutter on the ground of poverty & insolvency and not to be cruel to leave the life of such newly born innocent child at the mercy of wild animals but rather throw the newborn child in Chhipa Cradle (Palna), as Chhipa Welfare has arrangement of handing over such a minor child to any childless married couple for adoption.There are large numbers of interested well-off learned childless married couples registered in Chhipa Head Office who gladly want to adopt the discarded newborn infant and they are always available on waiting list.In this connection, Mr. CHHIPA drew the attention of people towards Chhipa Cradle (Palna) placed at all Chhipa Emergency Ambulance Centres across Karachi city for the newly born unwanted child with an appeal to people to kindly drop the newborn discarded child in Chhipa Cradle (Palna) for adoption. Soon after getting a newly born child, Mr. CHHIPA himself takes personal and particular care for hospitalization in any private hospital & bears the total cost which incurs in medical treatment to save the innocent minor children.During the last few years, Mr. CHHIPA got practical experience by handing over dozens of newly born unwanted children to enthusiastic learned childless married couples for adoption and bringing up.
Sadqa & Aqiqah Goats
People get the goat sacrificed at any Chhipa Ambulance Center for their life & property and on behalf of all their family. In this way food is prepared for hungry people across the city. It is not given to the people for free but on very low prices.
Awards
- On 23 March 2013 Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan conferred Sitara-e-Imtiaz to Ramzan Chhipa.[2]
- On 22 June 2013 Nuclear Scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan on behalf of FPCCI presented Gold Medal to social worker Ramzan Chhipa

Dr Muhammad Ramzan Chhipa joined live transmission Amaan Ramazan show for giving away abandoned babies[3] to parents who don't have their child and wanted to adopt them....
