Joseph Francis "Chick" Reiser (December 17, 1914 July 29, 1996[1]) was an American professional basketball player and coach.

A 5'11" guard/forward from New York University, Reiser played professional basketball in three leagues (the NBL, BAA, and NBA) from 1943 to 1950. He was a member of the Fort Wayne Zollner Pistons, the Baltimore Bullets, and the Washington Capitols.[2][3]

From 1951 to 1952, Reiser served as coach of the Baltimore Bullets, compiling an 8-22 record.[4]
