Christopher Grimes Gallery is a contemporary art gallery owned by Christopher Grimes.

Founded in 1979, Christopher Grimes Gallery presents a diverse yet rigorous program of contemporary art in a variety of media including painting, photography, installation, performance, sculpture and video. The gallery has been involved in the early development of the careers of artists such as Katharina Grosse, Iñigo Manglano-Ovalle, Ernesto Neto, Fred Tomaselli, and Lisa Yuskavage.The gallery actively works with emerging and established artists such as Carlos Bunga, Takehito Koganezawa, Iñigo Manglano-Ovalle, Julião Sarmento, and Allan Sekula.

Locations

Before its present location at 916 Colorado Avenue in Santa Monica, the gallery had two other locations in the Los Angeles area, both also in Santa Monica. From late 1988 until early 1989, the gallery was located on 12th Street. The gallery moved to 17th Street, where it remained till late 1991.

Since 1979, Christopher Grimes Gallery has mounted close to 300 solo and group exhibitions. Most notable are:
