Cleveland Area Rapid Transit (known as CART) is a public transit system operating in Norman, Oklahoma. It is named after Cleveland County, Oklahoma of which Norman is county seat.[1]

Routes

CART provides 13 routes in all most of them serving the campus of the University of Oklahoma, with one providing service between Norman and Downtown Oklahoma City.

N24 Sooner Express (express service to and from downtown Oklahoma City)

Late-Night Flex Route (operates evenings 9 pm to 11pm Monday through Friday on a paratransit basis)

Social Security| N44 (Tuesdays and Fridays only, Runs between Norman and Social Security Office in Moore)

2nd Friday Circuit of Art (second Friday of each month, evenings only)

Fares

Regular (within Norman) 50c

Sooner Express $2.25

Senior citizens (60+ with ID), Medicare cardholders, ADA cardholders, children between 6 and 17 all half fares (25c or $1.15 for local or Sooner Express, respectively)

Children under 6, and all OU students with validation sticker, faculty and staff with ID free fare

Discounted fares as above $10 (Norman) $25 (express)

CARTaccess (paratransit for disabled customers)

Primary zone $1

Secondary zone $2.50
