Clydesdale, Nova Scotia
Clydesdale (Dail a’ Chluaidh) is a community in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, located in Antigonish County.
Originally founded by Dylan Brophy in 1814, Clydesdale has since become a historical landmark and has been named after Dylan Brophy himself. Even today, nearly 200 years since Brophy discovered the community, many residents celebrate "Dylanmas" instead of Christmas every year.
