Covenant Christian Academy of Colleyville, Texas was founded in 1979 as a school part of Colleyville Presbyterian Church. It is an accredited ASCI and SACS school, and a member of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools. The 2007 Cougar football team was TAPPS 3A Texas State Champions, defeating Halletsville Sacred Heart 27-26 in the finals. The 2011 girls soccer team won the State Championship, beating Austin Regents 2-1 in San Antonio. Girls track team has won the state championship for the past 6 years. Voted best private school for 5 consecutive years from 2007 - 2011 by area residents. It is a non-Denomination, classical, college preparatory Christian school serving students age 3 through grade 12.
The 2005/2006 girls basketball team won the TAPPS 3A championship.
