Conexus Credit Union is a credit union based in Regina, Saskatchewan. At the end of 2015 Conexus was the largest credit union in Saskatchewan and the sixth largest credit union in Canada.[4] Conexus has 41 branches in Saskatchewan. As of 2015, the credit union managed $7.14 billion and over 119,000 members.[3]
History
Sherwood Credit Union (who later became Conexus Credit Union) in 1976 implemented the second ATM machines in Canada at its two branches in Regina. The first ATM was introduced by the Bank of Nova Scotia. The project was developed for Sherwood Credit Union by the IT staff of CIS (Co-operative Insurance Services - later CGI) under contract to Saskatchewan Cooperative Credit Services (later Saskcentral www.saskcu.com). This venture involved cooperation from IBM Canada.[5]

Conexus Insurance Ltd. is an insurance agency owned by the credit union. There are seven Conexus Insurance offices located in Saskatchewan. They offer home, vehicle, agriculture or commercial polices.[3]
