The Gulliver mixed-use (Ukrainian: Офісно-торгово-розважальний центр «Еспланада») is a 35-story mixed-use building in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. It is located at the very centre of the city near Palats Sportu metro station (municipal address: 1, Sportyvna Sq). It is the highest office building in Kiev and is the second highest building in the country.[3]
