"Corpses in Their Mouths" (aka "Corpses") is a song written by The Stone Roses frontman Ian Brown and guitarist Aziz Ibrahim. It was issued as the second single to be taken from Brown's debut album Unfinished Monkey Business in April 1998 and managed to reach No. 14 on the UK Singles Chart.^[1] The song features backing vocals by Ian Brown's manager Noel Walters. The title echoes the closing words of The Revolution of Everyday Life:

People who talk about revolution and class struggle without referring explicitly to everyday life, without understanding what is subversive about love and what is positive in the refusal of constraints, such people have corpses in their mouths.

"Corpses in Their Mouths" is featured in the 1999 Shane Meadows film A Room for Romeo Brass.
