Craig T. James (born May 5, 1941 in Augusta, Georgia) is an American politician who was elected to the 101st United States Congress representing Florida's 4th Congressional district in 1988 as a newly registered Republican, defeating William V. Chappell, Jr. by a margin of 50.1% to 49.9%.[1]
