In 2015, they sold the historic Hotel Paris on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for US$150 million.[5]
In January 2016, Crescent Heights agreed to purchase a 55-storey apartment 600-apartment North Harbor Tower in Chicago, for an estimated $200 million.[6]
