DB Realty Ltd. (Dynamix Balwas Realty) is a Mumbai based, Real Estate Development Company and the flagship company of DB Group,[1] established in 2006. DB Realty Ltd. has an expanding portfolio, currently consisting of 25 projects in and around Mumbai and Pune. The company focuses on various stages of planning and constructing residential and commercial properties as well as mass housing and cluster redevelopment projects. The company’s notable projects include DB Crown, Orchid Heights, DB Woods, Orchid Suburbia and DB Ozone.

IPO
In 2010, DB Realty Pvt. Ltd. launched their IPO with an issue price of Rs.468.[3] The company’s stocks were oversubscribed three times on the day of the launch, raising Rs.1,500 Crore (equivalent to Rs.15 Billion).

Corporate Social Responsibility
DB Realty has developed a program called, Vision Mumbai [4] to tackle Mumbai’s urbanization challenges from different perspectives. Vision Mumbai is a 3-point sustainability strategy centered to build intelligently, respectfully and sustainably through: urban renewal, community engagement, and philanthropy. In just a few months DB Realty will handover 17,205 Houses, 173 Balwadis, 2 Welfare Centres, and 172 Society Offices on a 36.5-acre (148,000 m2) property in Mahul to the Government of Maharashtra to provide shelter for those in need of homes.[5] As part of community engagement program DB Realty is currently developing a landscaped promenade along the Bandra side of the Bandra-Worli sea link.[6] DB Realty supports NGOs through philanthropic initiatives, including most recently, benefit presentations of the Pulitzer Prize winning play, Dinner with Friends.[4]
