Datatec Limited is an international ICT solutions and managed services group. It is listed on both the Johannesburg and London AIM stock exchanges.

- Intact Integrated Services - a networking services provider.
- Logicalis - an ICT infrastructure provider.
- Mason Advisory - an Information technology advisory firm.
- WestconGroup - a value-added distributor of security solutions unified communications and datacentre solutions.
- The Via Group - a Texas-based unified communications and voice reseller that operates in the US.
In 2013 the group acquired the continental European operations of failed managed services provider 2e2.[3]
