David Visentin is a Canadian actor and realtor and is best known for his work as one of the hosts of Love It or List It along with his co-host Hilary Farr. The show is broadcast on the VIVA, HGTV and W Networks. He is a native citizen of Canada.

Early life

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, David grew up in the 'little Italy' district of the city, he attended and graduated from West Humber Collegiate Institute in 1987.

Career

David Visentin started his career in 1987 working as an agent for Country Living Realty in Barrie, Ontario, while working alongside his father Nick Visentin. David worked on the housing market while discovering new potential homes for numerous clients for over 16 years.[1]

Love It or List It

Visentin was signed on by Big Coats Productions as one of the hosts of W Network series, Love It or List It alongside his competitor Hilary Farr.[2] He also contributes for various news agencies such as the Canadian Press.[3]
