Delta Force is a tactical first-person shooter computer game by developer and publisher NovaLogic.^[1] It was released for Microsoft Windows in 1998. Delta Force was designed to be a military simulation loosely based on the United States' Delta Force.

Gameplay

The player takes on the role of a special forces operative tasked with carrying out various missions. The game features 40 missions in locations across the world, taking place in both indoor and outdoor environments. Each mission presents the player with different tactical objectives that they must complete, such as ambushing convoys, destroying an enemy camp, or assassinating a high-value target. Before a mission starts, the player can customize their weapon load-out to suit the given operation.

Technical features

Delta Force uses the proprietary Voxel Space rendering engine which is a voxel rendering system unlike most other games at the time.^[2]
