Dhandla

The Dhandla are a Seraiki speaking Jat tribe, found in the District Rajanpur, D. G. Khan, Bhakkar Punjab province of Pakistan. Dhandla originally was a Rajput tribe in Jaisalmeer Rajasthan who migrated to Multan and accepted Islam during 1200 to 1260 on the hand of Sufi Saint Hazrat Bahudin Zakria. Now this tribe is present in District Rajan Pur ( Basti Dhandla, Raqba Dhandla), in District D. G. Khan, in D. I. Khan and in large numbers in District Bhakkar ( Basti Mitho, Basti Bakhtawar, Basti Jamal, Bharmi Charagh, Bharmi Nawab, Basti Ater).
