Ricardo Vizcarra Michaca (Born 10 December 1947 in Porac, Pampanga, Philippines), popularly known as Dick Israel, is a notable Filipino character actor who played mostly villain and sidekick roles in practically most of Filipino movies. He lately branched out in television playing father and supporting roles. His father was a Filipino Spanish while his mother was a Kapampangan - Filipina mestiza.
