Dionne Quan (born October 20, 1978) is an Chinese-American voice actress. She is the voice of Kimi Finster, a character from the cartoon television show Rugrats and All Grown Up!. She was first introduced in the second Rugrats movie, Rugrats in Paris: The Movie. She also has a regular role on The Fairly OddParents as Trixie Tang. In 2005, she voiced Yasmin in Bratz.
Early life
Quan was born in Lexington, Massachusetts to Lori and Daryl Quan. She is legally blind, having been born with optic nerve hypoplasia. When she was 10, her father heard a radio interview with a teacher who instructed students in voice-over acting, and he immediately enrolled Dionne for lessons.[2] She obtained her first voice work at the age of 14 for television commercials.
