SigmaXL is a graphical and statistical add-in tool for Microsoft Excel.

SigmaXL is a commonly used tool for statistical and graphical data analysis. It is also often used in Six Sigma training and implementation.[1] It has been used in medical and scientific research articles.[2][3][4][5][6] In addition to being a standalone software package, SigmaXL is also included in the DiscoverSim software package, created by SigmaXL Inc.

SigmaXL was developed in 1997 by John Noguera and Cynthia Cumby. It is distributed by SigmaXL Inc., a privately owned company located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

SigmaXL also includes tools for data manipulation, measurement systems analysis, process capability (including nonnormal process capability), and design of experiments.[9]

SigmaXL 7.0 (the current stable release) is compatible with Microsoft Excel 2007, 2010 (32-bit & 64-bit), 2013 (32-bit & 64-bit) and OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) or later.[10]
