Dobropole [dɔbrɔˈpɔlɛ] (German: Breitenfeld) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dobra, within Łobez County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Dobra, 22 km (14 mi) south-west of Łobez, and 59 km (37 mi) east of the regional capital Szczecin.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany, during which time it was known as Breitenfelde.[2] Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
The village has a population of 351.
