Domaszowice [dɔmaʂɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in Namysłów County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Domaszowice.[1] It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Namysłów and 43 km (27 mi) north of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany and Domaszowice was called Ritterswalde (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 1,100.
