Dominic Cifarelli was a founding member and guitarist for the Montreal-based band Pulse Ultra[1] and is the bassist for Scars on Broadway.[2] Cifarelli also has solo project called The Chronicles of Israfel, and released the debut Starborn, Tome I, in July 2007. He is currently working on the followup.
