Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen is the soundtrack album for the 2004 American teen comedy film: Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, released on February 17, 2004. The film's lead actress Lindsay Lohan recorded four songs written for the film, including "Drama Queen (That Girl)", that was released as a promotional single in January of that year.

"Drama Queen (That Girl)" is the only single released from the soundtrack. It enjoyed some success on Disney Channel and Radio Disney. It was written by Lindsay Lohan, Pam Sheyne and Bill Wolfe, and produced by Matthew Gerrard, Dawn Soler and Mitchell Leib. The song appeared on the compilation albums, Radio Disney Jams, Vol. 7 and Radio Disney Chart Toppers. The song won "Best Song to Watch Your Dad Sing" at the 2004 Radio Disney Awards.[6]
Music video
The music video was directed by Declan Whitebloom. The video shows Lohan portraying different people performing the song in an audition. The video also features the promotional artwork for the movie as well as footage from the movie.
