East Salem is a census-designated place[1] located in Delaware Township, Juniata County in the state of Pennsylvania. It is located at the junction of Pennsylvania Routes 333 and 235. Its approximately 5 miles north of the borough of Thompsontown. As of the 2010 census the population was 186.[2]
