Eastern Province is one of the three provinces of Sierra Leone. It covers an area of 15,553 km² and has a population of 1,641,012 (2015 census). Its capital and administrative center is Kenema. Eastern Province, Sierra Leone is very mountainous and has two ranges, the Gola Hills and the Loma Mountains

The province is divided into 3 districts.
- Kailahun District, capital Kailahun
- Kenema District, capital Kenema
- Kono District, capital Koidu Town
Borders
Eastern Province has the following borders:
- Nzérékoré Region, Guinea: northeast
- Lofa County, Liberia: east
- Gbarpolu County, Liberia: southeast
- Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia: south
- Southern Province: west
- Northern Province: northwest
Eastern Province is the only region of Sierra Leone without any shoreline.
