Edlalanka or Yedlalanka or Edlanka or Pata Edlalanka is a village in Avanigadda Mandal in Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh, India. Its pincode is 521121.
Geography
Edlalanka is located at 16°0'20"N and 80°54'7"E. It's an island in the Krishna river delta and is separated from Diviseema by chinnarevu. The village has no embankments or levees to protect itself from floods.

Issues
The village does not have proper facilities for portable drinking water. The village does not conform to ARWSP norms.[2]
2009 floods and relief efforts
The flood in river Krishna has submerged the entire island except for a few pockets. Most of the villagers have been evacuated [3][4] to Avanigadda. In this process one of the boats overturned and 2 kids lost their lives.[5][6]
Not waiting for government assistance, concerned friends and relatives have launched the Relief efforts. Collector visited the village and requested the people to move to higher ground [7]
2005 floods
Villages were evacuated during the 2005 floods.[8]

Edlalanka has a Shivalayam temple on the banks of river Krishna.
