Elvis Bratanović (born 21 August 1992 in Slovenia) is a football player from Slovenia. He plays for Termalica Bruk-Bet Nieciecza in Polish Ekstraklasa as a striker.
In 2014, he signed a 4-year contract with the Czech First League side FK Teplice.[1]
