FK Otrant is a Montenegrin football club based in the town of Ulcinj. They compete in Montenegrin Second League. The club achieved promotion form the Montenegrin Third League - South Region for the 2006/07 season, being the winners of the region. They have been promoted to the Montenegrin Second League after winning three out of four relegation playoff games. The biggest rival of Otrant is FK Mornar. FK Otrant plays their matches at their Stadion Olympic.
