Architecture and Surveying Institute

The Architecture and Surveying Institute (ASI - formed 1989), originally the Architects and Surveyors Institute, was a professional body formed from the merger of the Faculty of Architects and Surveyors (FAS - formed 1926) and the Construction Surveyors' Institute (CSI - formed 1952).

ASI had offices in the UK in London and Chippenham, Wiltshire.

In 2003 it merged with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB - formed 1834), establishing a new Faculty of Architecture and Surveying within CIOB's existing structure.
