The Federal Correctional Institution, Pollock (FCI Pollock) is a medium-security United States federal prison for male inmates in Louisiana. It is part of the Pollock Federal Correctional Complex and operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, a division of the United States Department of Justice.

FCC Pollock is located in central Louisiana, approximately 15 miles north of Alexandria.[1]

History

FCI Pollock was constructed between 2005 and 2007. It was built by Flintco, an Oklahoma-based construction company which DiversityBusiness.com listed as the top Native American owned company in 2010.[2][3]

Shi Lei (施 雷),[9] listed as "Lei Shi" 88784-022 Release date November 8, 2033 Criminally tried for murdering two crew members on a boat before hijacking it. The surviving crew later overpowered him.[10]
Richard Scutari 34840-080 Serving a 60-year sentence; eligible for parole in 2025.† Former security chief for the white supremacist group The Order and FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitive; pleaded guilty in 1986 to committing a $3.8 million armored car robbery to finance an effort to overthrow the US government.[11][12]
Ulugbek Kodirov 29154-001 Serving a 15-year sentence; scheduled for release in 2025. Illegal alien from Uzbekistan; pleaded guilty in 2012 to providing material support to terrorism and threatening to kill President Barack Obama on behalf of the terrorist organization Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan.[13][14]
Tyrone M. Williams 16048-179 Serving a 33-year sentence; scheduled for release in 2032. Convicted in 2006 of transporting illegal immigrants resulting in death in connection with the 2003 deaths of 19 people who suffocated in a truck in the most deadly incident in the history of human smuggling across the US-Mexico Border.[15]
