Fernando José Maciera Ferreira Araújo da Costa Sarney is a Brazilian football administrator, a member of the FIFA Executive Committee.

Sarney is the son of the former President of Brazil, José Sarney.[1]

In 2009, he won a court injunction, preventing the newspaper, O Estado de São Paulo from publishing "his indictment on corruption charges".[2] The newspaper published an article linking Sarney to a political scandal, Senate Secret Acts.[3]

Sarney has been a FIFA Executive Committee member since 2015.
