Fig Tree Hall[1] is a new residential college and addition to the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Kensington Colleges.[2] Fig Tree Hall took its first student residents in Semester 1, 2014.

Accommodation

Fig Tree Hall is unique to the UNSW Colleges as it is the only residence that is completely alcohol free. Additionally, residents will have a choice of separate male and female floors, common areas that may be used as prayer space and the option of halal catering. All rooms in Fig Tree Hall are single occupancy with private en suites.

Fig Tree Hall is a fully catered residence with three meals per day provided during session in the nearby Goldstein Dining Hall,[3] which is shared with the other Kensington Colleges: Basser, Baxter and Goldstein
