FilmNation Entertainment is an American film distribution company founded by veteran international film executive Glen Basner in 2008.[1] It distributes films in foreign territories, alongside Metropolitan Filmexport and Entertainment One.[2] On November 6, 2013, FilmNation Entertainment officially became part of the American Film Market for the first time, acquiring the international rights to Woody Allen's Magic in the Moonlight and Bill Condon's Mr. Holmes.[3]
