The 2016 Foton Toplanders season was the 3rd season of the franchise in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL). The team will represent the country in the 2016 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship in September 2016.

Invitational Cup

The team changes its name from Foton Tornadoes to Foton Toplanders. The team also overhaul it's lineup since Jaja Santiago, Ivy Perez, and Fatima General is not available. The 3 top players from the NU Lady Bulldogs is currently playing for UAAP.

The team also have acquired the services of former UST Tigresses Maria Angeli Tabaquero from Cagayan Valley, and Rhea Dimaculangan and Maika Ortiz from RC Cola-Air Force to fill the spot left by the 3 players.
