Frank Nock
Frank Foley Nock was a Canadian Anglican bishop in the 20th century.[1]
Born on 27 February 1916 and educated at Trinity College, Toronto,[2] he was ordained in 1942.[3] His first post was as a Curate at St Matthew’s, Toronto after which he held incumbencies at, Christ Church, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, St Thomas, Bracebridge and the Church of the Epiphany, Sudbury.[4] He was Dean of Algoma from 1957 to 1974[5] and then its diocesan bishop until 1983.[6] His last post was as priest in charge of St John the Divine, Arva (until 1986). He died on 17 August 1989: and his wife in 2010.[7]
