The Jean and Samuel Frankel Jewish Academy of Metropolitan Detroit (FJA), formerly the Jewish Academy of Metropolitan Detroit (JAMD), is located in West Bloomfield, Michigan in Metro Detroit at the Dan and Betty Kahn Jewish Community Center. The Frankel Jewish Academy is a Jewish day high school. Students that attend come from various denominations within Judaism including Reform Judaism, Conservative Judaism, and Orthodox Judaism. It was established in 2000.
Curriculum and schedule
The school teaches a dual curriculum including both General Studies and Jewish Studies courses.
