Fukutsu (福津市 Fukutsu-shi) is a city located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
As of February 1, 2005, the city has an estimated population of 56,500 and a population density of 1,072 persons per km². The total area is 52.71 km².
The modern city of Fukutsu was established on January 24, 2005, from the merger of the towns of Fukuma and Tsuyazaki (both from Munakata District).
