Gózd [ɡust] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Łączna, within Skarżysko County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) south-west of Łączna, 18 km (11 mi) south-west of Skarżysko-Kamienna, and 17 km (11 mi) north-east of the regional capital Kielce.[1]
The village has a population of 560. North of Gózd at 50°58′57.6″N 20°44′47.1″E / 50.982667°N 20.746417°E there is a 104 metres tall free-standing lattice tower used as radio relay.
