Gösta Gärdin (28 May 1923 12 December 2015) was a Swedish modern pentathlete who won a bronze medal at the 1948 Summer Olympics.[2] He was a member of the Swedish Olympic committee 1984-1996.[1]

In his military career, he was an artillery officer. He served King Gustav VI Adolf as personal assistant 1965-69.[3] He was head of the Royal Military College Karlberg in 1969[4] and commanded the Småland artillery regiment (A6) from 1973-1976.[5][6]
