GOG Svendborg TGI is a handball club based in the small town of Gudme on Funen, Denmark. The club is one of the most successful in the history of Danish handball. Currently, GOG Svendborg competes in the men's Danish Handball League, as well as the women's top fly, GuldBageren Ligaen.

History

The team GOG Svendborg was founded in 2005, when GOG and Svendborg TGI merged their first teams to create the new club. During the 1990s and the beginning of the 2000s, GOG's men team won 6 Danish titles, and in 2007, the newly established team won their first gold medal as a united club. GOG's women team won 4 Danish titles in a row, in the beginning of the 1990s.
