Gaboš (Serbian Cyrillic: Габош)[3] is a village in Vukovar-Srijem County, Croatia. There are 613 inhabitants, the majority of the population which are Serbs, who make up 95% of the population according to the 2001 population census.
Education
Branch school of Elementary school Markušica is located in Gaboš. Education at local school in is implemented in Serbian language.[4]
Demographic history
According to the 1991 census, the village was inhabited by a majority of Serbs (87,66%), and minority of Croats (7,37%) and Yugoslavs (2,27%).[5]
