Gatica, el mono is a 1993 Argentine drama film directed by Leonardo Favio. It won the Silver Condor for Best Film. The film was selected as the Argentine entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 66th Academy Awards, but was not accepted as a nominee.[1][2]
