General Scholastic Ability Test

The General Scholastic Ability Test (Chinese: 大學學科能力測驗 Pinyin: Dàxué xuékē nénglì cèyàn)[1] is the Taiwanese university entrance exam. The test is administered over two days; subjects include Mandarin Chinese, English, mathematics, science, and social studies.[1] In recent years, the test has attempted to encourage students to read outside of their classwork and be attuned to current events by including questions related to the Ebola virus, climate change,[2] 3G technology, and Spider Man.[3][4]
