Gmina Baranów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kępno County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Baranów, which lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Kępno and 147 km (91 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of 74.31 square kilometres (28.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,495.
